If you are new to Three Leaf Acupuncture, you may request a complimentary 15 minute consultation regarding acupuncture treatment.  Call or e-mail to schedule.

Appointments

Appointments can be made by phone or e-mail.  If this is your first appointment, please take a look at our guidelines.

Please be on time for all appointments.  If you find yourself running late, please call to let the office know.  Accomodations will be made to the extent possible; however, this cannot be guaranteed.  If an appointment must be shortened due to lateness, normal treatment fees may still apply.

Cancellation

To cancel an appointment, notice must be given at least 24 hours in advance.  Failure to provide 24 hour notice for a cancelled or missed appointment may result in a charge for the visit.

Payment

Payment by cash, check, debit, or credit is due at the time of service.  Any returned or "bounced" checks may be subject to a $25 fee.
